Our Story
We had good jobs. We left anyway.
We were both working in creative when Covid hit and burned us out completely. So we quit, sold almost everything, and moved back to Calgary to start over. We were planning a startup when we took a three-month trip to clear our heads. The startup never happened. The travel never stopped.
Documenting it was Ian’s idea, which caught me off guard since he’s the quiet one. But I loved it. So Chasing the Chungs was born. Two people who grew up loving travel, now doing it full time and writing down everything so we never forget.
